That would be an excellent question to ask someone in our remote start team. If you give us a call at 800.324.9695 to speak with an advisor, they can get you paired with someone who can verify for you.

I also had to research the flashing procedure. You have to set up an account and then it recognized the module. Also have to have activeX installed. May be a little help.

I was worried about the usb adaptor and kept having trouble with browser not being up to date using Edge. Went through IE 11 and it finally worked. Sorry I can't help on YOUR problem too much

Whenever I tried to flash my vehicle I had to make sure that I was connecting the module first then I connected the Flash Drive. I know that if you do not get the latest software and if you do not use internet Explorer it will give you issues when trying to flash the software. The other thing that I would do is make sure that when flashing the module you select the right one for your vehicle as it matters how you are installing the unit, whether that is with OEM remote (My Setup) or with aftermarket fobs.
