Speaker stands

Small loudspeakers are often called "bookshelf speakers," but that's too bad. They really don't sound good when placed on bookshelves. TV wall mounts

A simple, low-cost fixed mount is a good choice if you'll be sitting directly in front of the TV, and you can position the TV at about eye-level when you're seated.

If you have to mount the TV higher on the wall, get a tilt mount, so you can angle the screen toward your eyes. This can make a big difference in perceived picture quality.
